Pam is absolutely incredible! I have had many laser hair removal treatments done elsewhere, but I didn’t realize how little I actually knew about the procedure! Pam is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in depth about what to expect, how the treatments work, etc., and answered all of my endless questions throughout. She is very professional but personable as well! You pretty much get a free therapy session at the same time. You can feel the passion she has for her work and clients the second you see her smile when you walk in. Would highly recommend! I cannot wait for my next appointments!

The setting is so relaxing, lovely music playing in the background. Incredibly relaxing and thorough facial. Every part of it was perfect. MacKenzie did a great job and had a lovely and gentle demeanor. Everyone is always very friendly!

I received the PamperMe Facial by Mackenzie and I enjoyed every minute of the treatment. I left the spa feeling so relaxed and with my skin feeling so refreshed and smooth. I highly recommend Pampered Soul Laser Clinic and Spa. I will definitely be returning for another facial in the near future.

I went to a Doctor after seeing Megan and I didn’t have any edema, it didn’t take 2 months to heal, I didn’t blister, I wasn’t ghosted or told they double booked me and had to reschedule me, I wasn’t told to buy my own numbing cream or asked for $100 tip. Overall my session with the doctor was 100% better. I also didn’t have anyone call me and make me feel bad because I had to reschedule my 2nd session due to my arm growing twice it’s size. *** Megan obviously turned the lazer too high. Megan Light needs professionalism training. Go somewhere else for tattoo removal because she/they don’t know what they’re talking about or the contraindications or what edema even is. They want an enormous tip for a 10 minute session. Megan Dark yanked my money out of my hands, actually pulling with a dirty look on her face when I tried to give her a tip not knowing she wanted to get paid as an artist like seriously asking for a $95 tip. I was quoted for 2 different lasers , Picosure and Q-switch but only had the Picosure. I only review when something is a total Zero. She said she was available if I wanted to buy something between 12 - 3pm. She would text me, “my apologies” and then ignore me for many more hours. Just answer the question or reschedule me. She plays avoidance games for a whole day session. I can’t stand someone that is dishonest. I can’t believe anyone would act like this in a spa setting. One of Megan’s titles is “Front Desk Management” but she doesn’t do her job. Ya sure you were too busy to message someone for a 30 second reschedule. She didn’t give me a 24 hour notice. She’s an esthetician that took a 2 day course. Pam-pered shouldn’t let her employees act passive aggressive to clients. Why do you give our private name and cell numbers, unlisted to beauty organizations that say my loan is pending??? No matter how many times I block them they are harassing me again the next day.
